BOOKING

• Group prices based on minimum group number of 20 paying passengers.
• Child is defined as anyone under the age of 18 attending school full time.
• Children under 4 years free of charge.
• One coach captain and one leader per 20 passengers free of charge. All other leaders pay child rates.
  

Deposits - Groups

Winter - $200.00 deposit is required within one week of booking and a further $500.00 eight weeks prior to arrival.

Summer - $200.00 deposit within one week of booking and the balance on arrival.

Deposits - Individuals

Winter and Summer - $200.00 deposit within one week of booking and the balance eight weeks prior to arrival.

PAYMENTS

• Cheque or Credit Card facilities available.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellation after booking incurs a $50.00 administration fee.
• Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
• Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, 75% of the full price is forfeited.

A fee for early check in or out will apply at the discretion of the management.
